I've had enough. Enough of fanfiction, enough of people, enough of getting abuse for what I write.
I have had a shitty Christmas, with my alcoholic mother managing to make it the most depressing time of the year yet again. I have had enough of getting blasted for my work repeatedly. And, no doubt, this very entry will gather its own criticisms.
I used to love writing. I used to like writing little stories and little oneshots, and putting them up for people to enjoy. Sure, I had my critics, who doesn't?
But now? Hell no. I dread opening reviews. I despise most of the people who write them. I feel alienated from a hobby I've been doing in one form or another most of my life. I have literally never felt so bitter about writing in my whole life.
Well, frankly: screw you guys.

I would really like to say that although all I've read are your Torchwood dialogue Fics, they are really amazing!
Im 15 and this last year i've been realy depressed and become sort of a recluse but i love TW fanfiction and your stuff is some of the best i've read. it comes across to clearly and is amazingly realistic and works really well, i may have only read a small amount but i really cant see how anyone could say a bad thing about your writing.
Please correct me if i have anything wrong or offensive in this i do appologise, i've just read some comments about peoples sympathies on the subject and i know how sometimes a little appreciation can make it seem a little better...
